You can pay in a number of ways through the Paypal system. We chose Paypal because it is the most trusted and well known online payment system in the world, and it also means there’s no need to enter your credit card information on our site.

How do I order?

Buying on this site is easy – just place your order by clicking ‘add to cart’ on any product and this will automatically calculate your purchase(s) before taking you through to Paypal.
If you are purchasing a CD just add to cart and you’ll be redirected instantly to Paypal’s payment processor where you can specify where the delivery will go to.

I would prefer to pay by credit / debit card – do I still need a Paypal account?

You can use almost any payment card with Paypal and you do not need a Paypal account to do this. When you get to the Paypal Checkout just look for ‘Pay with Credit Card or Log In’ and you can choose your preferred payment method.

Do I need to pay postage / delivery on the CD?

When you order a Hélène Muddiman Original Soundtrack CD you will be taken through to Paypal where you can make your payment. The total price of your CD order includes the costs of postage and delivery.

I’ve paid for the mp3s – how do I download them?

Once you have made your payment through Paypal, you will be able to obtain your digital downloads in the following ways:

1). You’ll receive an email containing a link to the downloads area on this website, along with a special code to obtain your mp3s.

2). While on the Paypal payments page you will be given a link to return to the Hélène Muddiman Shop, where you will find a download area with a button to press and obtain the file(s).
You will be given a maximum of 3 (three) attempts to download your music.

What if I cannot download the mp3 or it doesn’t work after 3 attempts?

If for any reason you are unable to successfully download your music after three attempts, please contact one of our support team via email at: support@helenemuddiman.com
Please explain the nature of the problem and we will be happy to send you a new link or email you the products directly.

Do I need to calculate or convert the price to my currency?

Although the prices on this website are shown in US Dollars ($), once you reach the Paypal checkout, the correct conversion will be calculated and your native currency will be displayed before you buy.
